FAME Housing Corporation provides assisted housing and affordable housing to very low, low and moderate- income individuals and families in Los Angeles County. FAME Housing Corporation is a non-profit public benefit organization, which is an affiliate of First AME Church.

FAME Housing Corporation owns and manages a total of three hundred fourteen (314) units in eleven (11) rental facilities located in South Los Angeles.

		Eugene Thomas Manor (TCAC) = 38 Units A special needs complex exclusively for individuals and or families with a member infected by the HIV/AIDS Virus. Three buildings host eleven (11) efficiency rooms, eight (8) one bedroom, nine(9) two bedroom and ten (10) three bedrooom apartments.
