Dedicated to "Helping people get where they need to go!" the Transportation Services Division provides transportation assistance to low-resource households and individuals through two important and much needed programs.

INTP Program Information:

Immediate Needs Transportation Program (INTP),

Is a community collaborative. For more than 17 years we’ve worked with over 350 community based organizations and government agencies, making taxi vouchers, taxi coupons, and bus tokens available to help meet the transportation needs of the diverse communities of Los Angeles County. Each month 96,000 bus trips and 8,000 taxi trips are provided through INTP.

RRTP Program Information:

Rider Relief Transportation Program (RRTP)

Is an exciting new addition to the Transportation Services Division’s menu of programs. RRTP provides fare subsidy coupons to eligible riders who purchase transit passes from participating transit operators. Participating transit systems include Metro, Antelope Valley Transit Authority, Culver City Bus, Long Beach Transit, Montebello Bus lines, Norwalk Transit and Torrance Transit. To be an eligible participant of the program, participant must meet HUD’s low income levels.
